Half a century down the line in the history of Charutar Vidya Mandal, establishment of WDC is indeed a landmark achievement for the trust, one more step towards achieving the goal of effective and efficient women development in the society.
In pursuance of the directions issued by the UGC and MHRD, WDC has been set up to provide a friendly environment to the female students and members so that they can explore their capabilities to the fullest and focus towards their progress and betterment.

OBJECTIVES
- to build gender sensitivity
- to prevent and deter the commission of any act of harassment towards women
- to act as a platform for receiving complaints of any nature from women employees and students.
- to create awareness among the women employees and students regarding their rights
- to provide them appropriate work and study environment in respect to health and hygiene.
